Degree in Psychology. She is currently working as Human Capital Manager at SMS Buenos Aires, leading the fidelization area. During her professional career, she has developed wide experience in personnel selection, management and development of personnel training, management of internal communications, analysis of salary structures and studies, Human Resources policies and personnel benefit
The program is aimed at owners, managers, and middle managers of SMEs, as well as professionals from both the business environment and the public sector.
The objective of the program is to acquire tools, detect strengths and opportunities, and discover new possibilities to improve the human development of teams in SMEs.
Modality is 100% remote with 5 live meetings through the ZOOM platform, with a duration of 2 hours each class from 5 to 7 pm.
